Designed with a textured appearance for indoor and outdoor applications. XCEL UTS is engineered for a wide range of sealing and bonding applications. It is highly durable, with excellent resistance to moisture, UV irradiation, weathering, aging, shrinkage, joint movement, and bubbling. Completely weather resistant, odorless, and does not contain solvents, silicones, or isocyanates.
